Real Environment Test (RET)

Plug & Play

The supply systems are manufactured by highly qualified and experienced mechanics. After construction, each supply system is subjected to an extensive Real Environment Test (RET). The entire test phase is monitored and recorded using a camera and a counting unit. Ultimately, this method of testing has a positive effect on the time required for commissioning your supply system in your machinery.

First layout

Our engineering department creates a layout in 3d. Of course, this file will be shared with you so that this layout can fit into your plan.
Depending on the size of the project, various progress meetings are planned in which you will be involved.

Construction of your solution

After the layout has been approved, our specialists will start working for you in the workshop.

We have all the expertise in house. Our bowl feeder builders, programmers, engineers and installation engineers work closely together.

Test and acceptance

After extensive internal testing, the system will be purchased by you (FAT). Only when you are 100% satisfied, we make the system ready for transport.

Transport and start-up

We place high demands on the packaging and transport of your project. As soon as the system is on your shop floor, our technicians can install it at your premises up to and including SAT.
In many cases, you can put the system into operation without our help. Plug&play!

Even after installation you can make use of our knowledge and specialism. We offer various services such as remote service, periodic maintenance, etc.
