Radine has extensive experience in the serial production of bowl feeders.
In addition to the required batch size, the challenging output and high degree of reliability stand out in this type of project.
For these systems, sorting elements and outlet chicanes are engineered to be able to mill them or to 3D print from plastic and steel.
If batch sizes become very large, Radine can, in close collaboration with colleagues from Schaeffler Sondermaschinebau GmbH, use a platform specially developed for Schaeffler based on casted bowls.

Depending on the size of the project, various progress meetings are planned in which you will be involved.

Construction of your solution

After the layout has been approved, our specialists will start working for you in the workshop.

We have all the expertise in house. Our bowl feeder builders, programmers, engineers and installation engineers work closely together.

Test and acceptance

After extensive internal testing, the system will be purchased by you (FAT). Only when you are 100% satisfied, we make the system ready for transport.

Transport and start-up

We place high demands on the packaging and transport of your project. As soon as the system is on your shop floor, our technicians can install it at your premises up to and including SAT.
In many cases, you can put the system into operation without our help. Plug&play!
