We have several test systems in our test room. This enables us to do a quick pre-scan with your product in order to be able to advise you the right solution.

Because we have test set-ups of both bowl feeders and robot vision, you also get insight into the pros and cons of different techniques. This enables us to come up with the best solution for you. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can advise you on what best suits your product and your business case.

We will send you an initial proposal for your project, so that we can examine with you whether you can recoup your investment.

Order

If you accept our proposal, it will be promoted to a project. Our project manager will contact you to confirm the project and discuss the follow-up process.

First layout

Our engineering department creates a layout in 3d. Of course, this file will be shared with you so that this layout can fit into your plan.
Depending on the size of the project, various progress meetings are planned in which you will be involved.

06.

Construction of your solution

After the layout has been approved, our specialists will start working for you in the workshop.

We have all the expertise in house. Our bowl feeder builders, programmers, engineers and installation engineers work closely together.

07.

Test and acceptance

After extensive internal testing, the system will be purchased by you (FAT). Only when you are 100% satisfied, we make the system ready for transport.

Transport and start-up

We place high demands on the packaging and transport of your project. As soon as the system is on your shop floor, our technicians can install it at your premises up to and including SAT.
In many cases, you can put the system into operation without our help. Plug&play!

Service

Even after installation you can make use of our knowledge and specialism. We offer various services such as remote service, periodic maintenance, etc.
